We Welcome You Back To Our Dining Room
Welcome Back To Our Dining Room
We've all shared the experience of staying at home as the nation works to lessen the impact of Covid-19. With states beginning to announce plans on slowly reopening, there are many things to consider of what the new normal will look like for everyone.
At Bob Evans Restaurants, we're taking precautions to adhere to social distancing guidelines, going above and beyond with cleaning and safety procedures and making it easy to get you your favorite meals while protecting you and our employees.
We will continue to offer takeout and delivery when you order online at all our locations while select locations will begin reopening their dining rooms.

What To Expect When You Dine In
As some restaurants begin to reopen their dining rooms, it may look a little different when you visit your local Bob Evans for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Dining rooms will have limited capacity in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Look for signs all over the restaurant that help you keep an appropriate distance from fellow guests and employees during your visit.
Tables will be limited in seating and guests will be spread out across the restaurant.
A few other things to note:
- No serving utensils, mugs or condiments will be on the tables. They will be brought to you once you are sat at your table.
- All tables are sanitized after you are done with your meal.

Staff Safety
We are following statewide guideines for protective wear for employees working the restaurants.
Frontline staff in our restaurants will have protective masks with the following requirements:
Masks (cloth or otherwise) should sit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
Mask must be secured with ties or ear loops.
For cloth masks:
Include multiple layers of fabric.
Should allow for breathing without restriction.
Must be laundered frequently without damage to structure.
An important note for anyone wearing a mask: be careful to not touch your face or eyes when removing your face mask and immediately wash your hands once you take it off.

Keeping It Clean
You can bet we’re keeping it clean during this time. We have surface and hand sanitizer widely available in each restaurant.
Staff is constantly wiping down not only the counters and surfaces, but the credit card machines, cash registers and trays along with any other high contact surfaces.
Gloves are worn during the preparation and handling of every order. In addition, extremely frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing is required.

Curbside Pickup & No Contact Delivery
Takeout and delivery orders will continue to be offered as dining rooms reopen.
If you place a takeout order at your local Bob Evans, you can get curbside pickup if you would like to remain in your car.
Make sure you pre-pay your online order at checkout. Our staff will happily bring your order to your car. Make sure you have your restaurant’s phone number available when you arrive and call to let them know you’re here.
Or just have your order brought directly to your house. No contact delivery is available at most locations when you order online.

We’ve always believed in treating strangers like friends and friends like family. During this time, we’re all family and looking out for each other will help us get through these challenges.
When you need a comfort meal, Bob Evans will get it to you safely whether you are dining-in or taking out. Place your order online for delivery to your home, takeout or curbside pickup at your local Bob Evans and feel confident you’ll not only stay safe, but be well fed.
