  • 1 lb. Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
  • 1 pkg. beef gravy (6 oz)
  • 1 pkg. Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes Bob Evans Original or Garlic Mash Potatoes (24 oz)
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (12 oz
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Optional)

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage until brown.

  3. Step 3

    Mix in frozen mixed vegetables, onions, beef gravy, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper

  4. Step 4

    Lightly spray 2-quart casserole dish. Pour sausage mixture into the casserole dish, top with the mash potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pie is bubbling hot.
