An easy way to enjoy all the flavors of a summer spent at the beach!
Ingredients
- 1 package Bob Evans Beer Brats (19 oz)
- 2 bottles beer (12 oz)
- 8 cups water
- 3/4 cup crab boil seasoning
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 medium lemon, halved
- 2 pounds small red-skinned potatoes
- 5 ears sweet corn, broken in half
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- Melted butter and lemon wedges
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill brats just to brown, then cut into 2 pieces. In 10-quart pot, bring beer, water, seasoning, and onion to a boil. Add potato and bratwurst. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Add corn, cover and cook 3 minutes. Add shrimp, cover and cook 5 minutes or until shrimp is done, and sausage internal temperature is 160F. Serve all with melted butter and lemon wedges.
