A warm and bubbly treat that will have everyone asking for dessert first!
Ingredients
- 1 package Bob Evans Sliced Glazed Apples (20 oz)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup uncooked oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine apples and cranberries. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pie pan. In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles small crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake crisp for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is brown and bubbling around edges.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like the dried cranberries in this, but they added such a POP of unexpected yumminess! I've made this twice already, and every time there's not a crumb left.. If you haven't tried this for a dessert, you are REALLY missing out !!
