Wildfire Pulled Pork Sandwiches

All you need is a pork roast, our award-winning Wildfire Sauce and a slow cooker to wow your friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob Evans Wildfire BBQ sauce
- 3-4 pound pork roast
- 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dozen sandwich buns
Directions
Place pork roast into slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup water. Combine Wildfire sauce, red pepper and chili powder. Pour over pork. Cover and heat on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Combine with sauce in slow cooker. Serve on buns.

These are my favorite sandwiches. I wished you still served the pulled pork over bread and mashed potatoes. That was my all time favorite at Bob Evans. I could die for that dish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(:-)
