Ingredients
- 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- 1 package Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes (24 oz)
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1 jar beef gravy (12 oz)
Directions
In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until brown. Place in slow cooker. Add peas and carrots. Top with mashed potatoes. Pour gravy on top of potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

The shepherd's pie recipe was very good and very easy...I was looking for something quick for a weeknight dinner and found this...made it and it was very good...I will make it again...my husband liked it very much.

I added some frozen corn too --- nice recipe. I think next time I will do less gravy as that wasn't really a part of the Shepherd's Pie I grew up with. Great for a potluck though to be different among the stews, meatballs, and chillis.

I absolutely love this receipe. I made it in the oven in a casserole dish and I mean it is very tasty. Thank you Bob Evans and I even work there! It is very fast and easy to make, but don't shortcut, use the Bob Evans Sausage and Mashed Potatoes. Very flavorful!

Cooked sausage and added the frozen peas and carrotts. Then mixed the jar of gravy in with the cooked sausage and veggies. Placed in casserole dish and put mashed potatoes on top. Cooked at 350 until bubbly and slightly browned around the edges. Family loved it!
