Ohio Proud Sausage Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- 1 package Bob Evans Beef Gravy (6 oz)
- 1 package Bob Evans Original or Garlic Mash Potatoes (24 oz)
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup frozen diced onions
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage until brown. Mix in frozen mixed vegetables, onions, beef gravy, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Lightly spray 2-quart casserole dish. Pour sausage mixture into the casserole dish, top with the mash potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pie is bubbling hot.
