Italian Sausage Pasta Alfredo

Italian dinner sausage and some frozen vegetables makes this variation of a well-loved recipe unique.
Ingredients
- 1 package Bob Evans Italian Sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces (19 oz)
- 8 ounces fettuccini
- 1 jar Alfredo pasta sauce (16 oz)
- 1 bag frozen peas and carrots, thawed (10 oz)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions
In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Drain on paper towels and return to pan. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside. When sausage is cooked, add Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots. Cook until vegetables are hot. Serve sauce over fettuccine. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
